You can become a member of the Inner Circle programme by paying Rs.200 for the card.
How long is a TIC membership valid for?
TIC card has no expiry date. It is a life-long membership card.

Customer can call toll free number (1800-425-2444/1800-200-9444) between 9:30 AM to 5: 30 PM on working weekdays and update their change of address or when customer visits Lifestyle, Max, SPAR, LMG Brands or citymax outlets, can give their change of address request to the Loyalty desk / customer can write to feedback@theinnercircle.co.in
Change of address is updated from the Head Office. The members are requested to update any change in their address/s and profile from time to time at ‘The Inner Circle’ dedicated desk or call up the toll free number 1800-425-2444/1800-200-9444( between 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM on working Weekdays) or write to theinnercircle@lifestylestores.com or log on to www.theinnercircle.co.in

Points can be earned while shopping across Lifestyle Group, SPAR, Max, City Max and LMG outlets in India.

How many points can one earn?
For every purchase of Rs 100, 2 points are awarded for shopping at Lifestyle, Bossini, Splash, MAX and Citymax chain of restaurants across India and 1 point at SPAR stores. Points will be credited within 48 hours from the time of shopping. The card needs to be presented at the time of billing.

Where can one redeem points?
Points can be redeemed across Lifestyle Group, SPAR, Max, City Max and LMG outlets in India. On accumulation of 143 points a TIC Gift Voucher worth Rs 100 can be obtained from any of the TIC lounges.

How does redemption of points happen ?
Every time you shop, you earn points on your Inner Circle membership. 2 points are awarded for shopping at Lifestyle, Bossini, Splash, MAX and Citymax chain of restaurants across India and 1 point at SPAR stores. 1 point is equivalent to 70p
Your points get converted to gift vouchers of Rs.100 as soon as you accumulate 143 points and there on in multiples of the number, GVs are generated; which can be redeemed to shop for anything at all LS Stores.

Gift Vouchers are issued in what multiples?
Gift Vouchers are issued in multiples of Rs.100. As soon as a customer accumulates Rs.100, an exchange certificate is generated for the same. This in turn is converted to a GV of Rs.100 and issued to the customer. Once redeemed, the points balance becomes nil, or if there is any remaining points, it gets carried forward to the account.

As the system is now online points get updated in a span of 24hrs

What is the validity of the points?
The validity of the points is 1 year from the month of accrual.

How can one see the points account?
The points can be obtained by enquiring at the TIC lounge or through monthly e-statements or Customers can check their points online. They can visit our website www.theinnercircle.co.in and log in with their Id and password (which is their TIC card number) and browse to know their points / purchase details and exchange certificate generated.
The site is self explanatory where a customer can browse without any problem. The e-statement will contain the details of points generated on the account containing the primary card holder and additional card holder.
Customers can also send SMS “TIC” to 56767 to check their points.

Can the customer get rewards only by giving his name and date of birth and not the TIC number?
If the customer visits the store and doesn’t hold his TIC Card, by confirming the details which is checked at the TIC desk (name, date of birth, contact number and other details) points are rewarded or if there is any promotion; it can be availed. But for TIC tie-ups outside the store, producing the TIC card is a must.

If the customer does not present his TIC card at the point of billing, can the rewards be accrued later?
All Cashiers to be trained to ask all customers to present their Inner Circle Card before billing to get their points added. Once bills are made, points cannot be updated to customers account.

Members are rewarded with rewards and privileges. Please note that the rewards would vary based on the shopping value.

The rewards for using the card are as follows:

Yes family members can use the card. Add on card can be obtained for Rs.100/- and in such a case the points will be accumulated to the main card, i.e. the primary card holder.

Can TIC points be awarded to institutional purchase?
No points can be awarded on purchase of GVs either through retail or institutional purchase. The points can be given only on redemption of GVs. The points can be given on GV redemptions if the GVs were purchased at full value and the GVs are used to purchase non discounted items and non exclusion items.

Can I quote another person’s TIC number (e.g., my fathers) to get points?
One card can be used by the whole family and friends, in case if the family doesn’t shop together there is an option of getting Add-on cards (Rs.100/card) which functions as the supplementary card, card name can be different with the same number, so that the accumulation of points will be greater.

Can I transfer points from another TIC number to redeem points?
Transfer of points is not entertained except incase there is a genuine reason such as if a customer has got 2 cards or a family has more than 1 card and 1 member is leaving the country; then the available points in his card is issued and the balance if any is transferred to the other card.

How do you handle point calculation disputes?
In disputes such as due to some error in spite of the TIC card swiped; the purchase did not reflect in the account and the customer enquires about the same, invoice number is captured from the customer through which we will be able to trace out the purchase or if the payment mode is through card, card number is taken from the customer and purchase is traced. It is sent to Corp. Office to be updated accordingly.

What checks are done to ensure correct points are credited to the right customers account?
A plastic card is issued to the customer with a barcode on it - contains the card number and the name, the cashier scans the card on every purchase, which will reflect in the respective account.

What happens if a customer decides to close TIC membership? What happens to his points?
If the customer wants to close his TIC card, the available points on his card (i.e. if the exchange certificate is generated and not used) will be issued and the card is closed. And if there is more genuine balance; it would be discounted from the customers billing value.
